Setup Access

Form Designer is a cloud-based platform, which means there's no software to install locally. Access is managed through user accounts and organization-level permissions. Here's how to get started:

1. Request Access

If you're new to Form Designer, you have two ways to gain access:

  • Contact Support: Reach out to our support team at [email protected] to request access. Please include your name, organization, and intended use so we can route your request appropriately.

  • Receive an Admin Invitation: If your organization is already using Form Designer, you can ask an existing administrator to invite you. Once added, you'll receive an email with a link to set up your account.

2. Set Up Your Account

Once invited:

  • Click the link in your invitation email

  • Complete your user profile and set a secure password

  • Accept the terms of service and privacy policy

3. Start Building

After logging in, you can:

  • Create your first form from the dashboard

  • Choose from pre-built templates or start from scratch

  • Customize fields, rules, and appearance to suit your needs
