1. Admin Menu (Left Sidebar or Top Nav Menu)

This is where the form setup and configuration happens — for users with administrative roles.

Menu Items:

  • My Forms → List of forms the user has created or owns.

  • Form Templates → Predefined templates for faster form creation.

  • Forms Global Config → Central configuration settings affecting all forms (e.g., fields library, rules, integrations).

2. Dashboard Panel (Main Workspace)

This is the form usage and workflow area, more for end users or day-to-day operations.

Tabs or Segments:

  • New → Forms just created or not yet submitted.

  • In Progress → Forms partially filled or under review.

  • End → Completed or archived forms.
