My Forms

The My Forms section serves as the central dashboard for managing all existing forms within the application. Users can view, edit, or delete previously created forms, as well as initiate the creation of new forms.


🧾 Form List Table

The main table includes the following columns:

  • ID: A unique numerical identifier automatically assigned to each form.

  • Title: The name of the form as provided by the user during creation. This is displayed prominently to make it easier to identify each form.

Each row in the table corresponds to one saved form and allows quick reference by ID and title.


➕ Create New Form

  • Located at the top-right corner of the My Forms section.

  • Clicking the “Create New Form” button redirects users to the form builder interface, where they can start designing a new form from scratch.


Form Setup Overview

This interface allows you to configure every aspect of a form, from its design and structure to its behavior after submission. Here's what each part does:


🔗 Form Preview & Actions

  • View form on: A direct link is provided to preview the live form. There’s also a copy button to easily copy the link to the clipboard.

  • Action Buttons (top right):

    • Re-arrange Fields: Lets you reorder fields within the form sections.

    • Save as Template: Saves the current form design for reuse in future projects.

    • Save: Saves changes.

    • Publish: Finalizes and activates the form for public use.


📝 Basic Form Details

  • Form Name: Title of the form.

  • Show Summary: Toggle to include/exclude a submission summary.

  • Use Tenant Design Config: Option to inherit design settings from the tenant.


🔧 Expandable Configuration Sections

Each section below can be expanded and customized:

  1. Design Configuration Adjust colors, fonts, and layout specifics.

  2. Header Configurations Show/hide header, upload logos, and add branding or messages.

  3. Payment Configurations Configure payment gateways, and billing options.

  4. Email Notification Set up notification emails to admins or submitters upon submission.

  5. Footer Configurations Enable/disable footer and customize its content.

  6. First Section Webforms can be divided to different sections or steps. This is initial section or question block of your form. You can add more using “Add New Section.”

  7. Submission Configuration Define what happens after form submission (redirects, success messages, etc.).
