Submission Configuration

This section allows customization of what happens when the form is submitted successfully or encounters an error.

Option 1: Message Mode

Field	Description
Success Message	Message displayed when form submission is successful
Error Message	Message shown when submission fails

Option 2: URL Mode

Field	Description
Success URL	Redirects user to this URL on successful submit
Error URL	Redirects user to this URL on failure

Select either Message or URL as the handling method for submissions.
