Deleting Forms

Use the Delete button on the top right from the three dot to permanently remove a form. This action will also delete all its submitted data and remove the form from the navigation menu.

How to use:

1. Click on the three dots on the top right of the form

2. Click on Delete

Deleting a form will also delete all submitted forms! e.g Deleting the form 'Form ABC_20250910082619' will delete the form itself and all submitted forms.
